Services are provided through SEITS and SETSS — and may be fully covered through Medicaid or the NYC Early Intervention Program.

We partner with Brooklyn families of children:

Infants — 0 to 12 months

You're learning what early intervention even is. We help you understand your evaluation, your IFSP, and what your baby is entitled to — then we get a specialist into your home.

Toddlers — 12 to 24 months

The most critical developmental window. One-on-one sessions in your living room build communication, motor, sensory, and social skills during the months that matter most.

Late EI — 24 to 36 months

We maximize progress before age 3 and start planning the transition to CPSE preschool services well before your child ages out of EI — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Our services are delivered through New York State's Early Intervention Program (EIP), which means qualifying families pay nothing out of pocket. We handle the SEITS provider coordination — you focus on your child.

From First Call to First Session

2. Free 30-minute intake. A real conversation about your child, your concerns, and what comes next — no script, no pressure.

3. EI coordination. We help you understand your evaluation, your IFSP, and the services your child qualifies for under the NYC Early Intervention Program.

4. In-home sessions begin. Your dedicated specialist comes to your home on a regular schedule that fits your family's life.

5. Ongoing support. Progress reviews, parent coaching between sessions, and — for children approaching age 3 — transition planning into CPSE preschool services.
